Room had a bathtub 🛁. Great location, super close to the highway and a shopping mall. really convenient!

This hotel is located in a great area with nearby eateries, hospitals, and attractions. the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and has a great attitude. - the location is magnificent, especially for visitors going to Kokomo's Family Fun Center Inc.

This hotel is fantastic and clean with excellent and efficient staff, offering nice rooms with 2 beds in a pleasant building.

Got in the room early and it was big with a microwave, a Jacuzzi, and 2 queen beds. 🛁 Had a nice selection of breakfast goodies too.

One of the best breakfast menu I've seen. A little too cramped in the serving area.

Two items to improve: 1) Front desk was not manned at all times. Often had to wait for help. There was a room they seemed to be hanging out in. 2) Temperature controls in the room were inoperative. To me this was a fatal error and I will not return. I had to get a desk clerk to change temp and when I went to change again it still wouldn't change and desk clerk refused to help again.

I felt very comfortable in our room--nice set up--loved the bed & pillows. The breakfast was great. Clean! Clean! Clean!

2 people in a room--1 is female--1 bathroom--could we please have a makeup mirror by the table??? 2 people 2 bottles of water please.

The queen room was brand new with a jacuzzi, the bed was extremely comfy. The location is favorable and absolutely perfect - just a pleasant stroll away from Fashion Square Mall. Also, it's a short walk to restaurants and shopping.

Close to a shopping mall and several restaurants but back off the road so no road noise.

The room with a jacuzzi was spotless and seemed to be newly renovated, and the convenient location close to restaurants, shopping areas, and a mall made my stay even better.

I liked the cleanliness of the property, and the polite, helpful staff! The Kurige coffee pot in the room was a nice touch. The pool area was also super nice, organized, and very clean. I also liked all the restaurants, and shopping opportunities within close proximity of the property. I felt this Hotel was a great value! The property seemed well run, and maintained. Very nice property!

The King Size bed mattress in our suite was a little to firm for our liking. We could hear our neighbors clearly through our walls, and our suite was right at the pool level so there was a lot of noise from the pool area at times. During breakfast I went to take a drink out of a milk carton that I had retrieved from the breakfast area, and it was spoiled! I checked the date in the the carton, and it had expired three days prior. In fact all the milk stocked in the cooler on the breakfast line was out of date! I could look past the firm mattress, and the noise. I would of loved to have given my stay here a perfect score, but stocking out dated items on the breakfast line is not tolerable! I brought the situation to the front desk, and they fixed the situation, but that doesn't change the fact that the most of my afternoon was ruined by being sick from drinking the spoiled milk.

The rooms here are updated and new, and each one has its own bathroom. 🛁 Plus, the location is awesome, just a 10-minute walk from Fashion Square Mall.

We were pleased with the spacious room that had 2 beds and found the staff to be helpful and available around the clock.

The room was quiet and updated, offering all the facilities we needed. Having a bath in the private bathroom was a nice touch. The location was excellent, being close to restaurants, shopping areas, Saginaw Valley University, Michigan, the highway.

Would have liked to have seen some weights in the fitness center. And maybe a little more updated.

Breakfast was good, along with the space of the breakfast area. Upon check in the staff was not smiling and didn't seem happy to be at work. When we got to our room, our bathroom was filthy. (The tub and the toilet, especially around the base.) With two babies, and with having bath time, I ended up cleaning them myself because I can't stand the thought of them crawling around with others filth so clearly evident. We always choose Holiday Inn Express to stay at. Out of all of our Holiday Inn Express experiences, this was the worst.
